This 1800 sf loft space which was originally built as an industrial factory back in 1915 and boasts 16 foot high ceilings. We took on dual roles as both the design architect and construction manager to achieve a more handcrafted aesthetic and it also helped us stay within budget. This one of a kind project is the culmination of our work, skilled craftsmen and clients with great vision and design sensibilities.
